Professor.E offers a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that certain seasonal archive pieces and limited-run objects may be marked as final sale.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team via the portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Place the garment in its original Professor.E packaging to ensure protection during transit, including all authenticity cards and dust bags.
Shipment
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of authorization.
Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
